Toro Rosso's STR3 will make it's debut in Monaco grand prix, in the hands of Sebastian Vettel and Sebastian Bourdais. however Sebastian Vettel had to pay a price for that. He is demoted five places down in the grid, in the Monaco grand prix, as the new he will be using a new gearbox in that race.

The rulles say that the gearbox should not be changed for four races, otherwise the driver will suffer a penalty. So Vettel is losing five palces at the start in the Monaco grand prix as he used the previous gearbox in Istambul. Teammate Sebastian Bourdais will not suffer the same penalty, as he failed to finish his race in Istambul.
